How long does the course take?

30 Days!

What's the process of the course?

Every week-day you will go to the platform, watch the video, and take the “action” explained in the video. There are attachments every day for you to complete the work and it will be clearly explained every day during the video of what to do/when to do it.

How much time does it take every day?

Each person is different, depending on how thorough you are, but it typically takes about 30 minutes to watch the video/take the action.

What type of information will I be learning?

Initially, you will discover the why behind your procrastination. We then set specific goals and create actions to make sure that you achieve them. On week 3, we will learn about emotional intelligence /neuroscience, and in the final week we will create a “new me” document with the summary of who you have become from that point on.

When does the course start and finish?

The course starts at the date you enrolled for and the lessons are for you to finish it in 30 days but you’ll have lifetime access so you can do it or re-take it as many times as you’d like!

Why are two versions of the course?

There is only one version. The only difference is that you can take the course on your own, our you can have me as your Coach along the way.

If I take the ‘on your own’ version, can I upgrade to have it with the Coach?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime if you think you want more support.

Can I get a refund if I don't complete the course?

No refunds are allowed. You will be fully committed to yourself and the process and it will be a success for you as long as you do the work!

What if I’m not motivated to even start?

We work on a ‘one step at the time’ basis. Just take step #1. Enroll in the course and watch the first video. That’s all you need to worry about for now.

Does it really work?

It sure does! It was worked not only for me but for the hundreds of students that have taken the program AND have followed the process.

What happens after the 30 days?

Most of my students do stop procrastinating in 30 days, but if you want some extra support after, we can talk about it. Just take step #1. We can worry about the following step(s) after you complete the course.
